Is the result from the calculator a binding quote?

No, the calculator provides an indication, not a binding quote. The result is based on the numbers you enter yourself. The one-time project costs for the MDR Premium (SOC-as-a-Service) service are not included. However, it is recommended to request a quote. You will then receive a PDF that you can send to us so we can get in touch and subsequently prepare a final quote.
How is the price per service calculated?

Each service has its own unit of measurement. The price for 1Password scales with your team size per user per month, while the MDR costs per month depend on the number of devices and employees being monitored. Your choice of package, Essentials or Premium, then determines the price per month and per year.
Can I combine multiple services in the calculation?

Yes, you can combine MDR and 1Password in a single calculation. Most customers purchase them together. The calculator shows the subtotal for each component so you can see how your cybersecurity subscription is structured. This allows you to calculate the costs of your cyber security for your entire organization at once.
What is and isn't included in the price?

MDR Essentials includes monitoring and detection of suspicious activity. MDR Premium also includes more extensive incident response, automated vulnerability remediation, and monthly reporting, which together determine the SOC-as-a-Service price.
Do I need to provide contact details to use the calculator?

No, you can calculate the price of cybersecurity for your SME without leaving any details. Afterward, you can contact us yourself to receive a final quote.
Why can I specify that I am an IT provider/MSP?

Because the calculation for an IT provider works differently. An MSP, or Managed Service Provider, purchases security not just for their own team, but for multiple client environments with different quantities and setups. If you select this, your request will enter our partner track, and we will contact you within 24 hours.
