MDR (Managed Detection & Response) is a fully managed security service where our experts continuously monitor your network, laptops, PCs, and users, detect threats, and intervene immediately, so you don't have to do it yourself.

No, that's not necessary. Our MDR service functions as an extension to your existing IT/security team or as a completely new team. We handle the heavy lifting of monitoring and responding to cyber threats, allowing your team to focus on critical tasks.

The first step is an intake interview where we ask questions about your environment and what data and systems are important to you. Based on this, we send a quote. If approved, we proceed to onboard your company to our MDR service. We aim to do this within one week. Should it take longer, you will not be charged for it. The final step is maintaining the MDR service, because cybersecurity never stands still. We continue to innovate and maintain periodic contact through our CyberCheck-In.

If we detect a cyber threat, we investigate it and intervene immediately to minimize the impact. Through our MDR dashboard, you can watch live as we resolve this for your company. With our MDR service, we also always ensure an incident response plan is in place, so it's clear what needs to be done in the event of cyber threats.
